Panel Interviews

What is a Panel interview?

A panel interview is a traditional, in-depth interview where you speak with a small panel of interviewers (usually 2–3) for 20–45 minutes. Unlike an MMI, you stay with the same interviewers throughout, allowing them to explore your answers in more depth and follow up on your ideas
