Multiple Mini Interviews
What is an MMI?
A Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) is a circuit of short, structured interview stations used by many UK medical schools to assess attributes needed for medicine. Instead of one long panel, you rotate through several stations - each with a new task, scenario, and interviewer.
